The
management goals when treating chronic spinal chronic spinal back pain may be
to achieve maximal reduction in back pain intensity.
For
many of Doctor William O’Connor patients, the goal is to keep the chronic
spinal and/or other back pain to a manageable level to progress with
rehabilitation. This can maybe lead to longer term chronic spinal and/or other
back pain relief.
Not
all treatments work for all conditions or for all back chronic spinal and/or
other back pain patients with the same condition, and many find that they need
to try several treatment options to determine what works best for them. The
present stage of the condition (acute or chronic) is also a determining factor
in the choice of treatment. Only a minority of chronic spinal chronic spinal
and/or other back pain patients (most estimates are 1% - 10%) require possibly
needed surgery as last case resolution scenario.
Doctor
William O’Connor wants patients healed as rapidly as possible. Doctor William O’Connor
